Reviews were sent in by kids for the Summer Reading Challenge.  Here are a few from Claire Bronchick, age 12:

The Sweetness At The Bottom of The Pie - An excellent mystery.  In the year 1950, 11-year old Flavia de Luce, a young chemist, finds a dead body in her yeard.  Not scared at all, she is determined to find out who killed him.  Follow her as she solves the mystery.

The Thirteen and A Half Lives of Captain Bluebear - A very interesting book.  It takes place in Zamonia, a continent that long ago sunk into the sea.  Bluebear, the star of this book, travels throughout Zamonia; sailing with Minipirites, learning with Qwerty, a gelatine prince from the 2,364th Dimension, and constantly meeting up with a Troglotroll.
