This was the first book on meditation that I picked up and couldn't put down.  In this book, well-known broadcaster Dan Harris goes through what led him to meditation and how he uses it.  I personally have made meditation a daily habit in my life, all thanks to reading this book (and a few other things!).  Entertaining as well as extremely helpful.
